
Directions
- Preheat oven to 140°C.
- Generously rub Dino ribs in Olive oil and season with your favourite braai spice.
- Pour beef stock in roasting dish to ensure Dino ribs stay moist.
- Place in a roasting dish and cover with foil, roast for 2-2.5 hours.
- Remove foil and place under grill for 5 minutes or until fat is crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Braai spice/ braai rub
- 60ml Olive oil
- 500ml Beef stock
