
Directions
- Cook the bacon until crispy, adding in the sugar right at the end to caramelise it, and then let it cool.
- Once bacon is cooled, combine all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl until fully incorporated, and then add the bacon.
- Once well incorporated, you can either use as-is or roll into a log by wrapping in plastic wrap, and forming into the shape that you want.
- Place in fridge for 1-2 hours to harden up into the desired shape.
- Serve with french loaf or any other fresh bread.
