Directions

  1. Cut puff pastry in triangles.
  2. Spread cream cheese and layer ham on top.
  3. Add a block of cheese and roll up.
  4. Brush with egg.
  5. Bake puff pastry pies at 200°C, for about 35–40 minutes, or until they aregolden brown and serve while still warm.
