
Directions
- Cut puff pastry in triangles.
- Spread cream cheese and layer ham on top.
- Add a block of cheese and roll up.
- Brush with egg.
- Bake puff pastry pies at 200°C, for about 35–40 minutes, or until they aregolden brown and serve while still warm.
