Directions
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of each bread slice.
- Layer Pastrami and Swiss cheese on two slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices.
- Butter the outer sides of the sandwiches.
- Grill the sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with gherkins on the side.
