Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add cumin, coriander, and cinnamon; cook for another minute.
- Combine the spiced onion mixture with the Windhoek salami.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into strips. Place sausage mixture along the center of each strip, fold over, and seal edges.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

- 1 pack of Hartlief Windhoek Salami
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
