Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.​
  2. In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until translucent. Add cumin, coriander, and cinnamon; cook for another minute.​
  3. Combine the spiced onion mixture with the Windhoek salami.​
  4. Roll out puff pastry and cut into strips. Place sausage mixture along the center of each strip, fold over, and seal edges.​
  5. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.​
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

  • 500g puff pastry
  • 1 pack of Hartlief Windhoek Salami
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped​
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced​
  • 1 tsp ground cumin​
  • 1 tsp ground coriander​
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon​
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)​
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
