Recipe directions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Drizzle a roasting tray lightly with olive oil.
  3. Wrap each vienna with a piece of streaky bacon. Place in the roasting tray and scatter over about 4 sprigs of rosemary (remove some of the leaves). Roast for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove to drizzle half of the honey over and return to the oven to roast for another 5 minutes. Then repeat and add the balance of the honey.
  5. Roast for 3 – 5 more minutes until golden brown and sticky.
  6. Serve with mustard.

  • 275g cocktail vienna's
  • 2 x 100g Hartlief streaky bacon
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • A few sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • Mustard of your choice
