
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Drizzle a roasting tray lightly with olive oil.
- Wrap each vienna with a piece of streaky bacon. Place in the roasting tray and scatter over about 4 sprigs of rosemary (remove some of the leaves). Roast for 10 minutes.
- Remove to drizzle half of the honey over and return to the oven to roast for another 5 minutes. Then repeat and add the balance of the honey.
- Roast for 3 – 5 more minutes until golden brown and sticky.
- Serve with mustard.

- 3 Tbsp honey
- Mustard of your choice
