Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together garlic, ginger, lemon juice, mustard, smoked paprika, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the lamb käsegrillers in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the sausages for 12–15 minutes, turning to develop a lovely char.
- Serve with a side of mustard dipping sauce and grilled vegetables of choice.

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

- 1 tbsp olive oil
