Directions
- Sauté onions and garlic in a pot.
- Add Kassler and cook until slightly browned.
- Stir in cabbage, potatoes and stock. Simmer until tender.
- Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.

- 300g Hartlief Kassler, diced
- ½ head of cabbage, shredded
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 750ml beef stock
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- Salt & pepper to taste
